Oh how the 39-mm Royal Oak fit so well...

E-mail Print PDF
With the 39-mm ref. 15300 Royal Oak soon to be a thing of the past due to the intro of the 41-mm ref. 15400 Royal Oak introduced at this year's SIHH watch show I thought it would be only fair to show just how well the 39-mm Royal Oak fits the wrist.
So pls. find a picture of my cuffed wrist and my ref. 15300 of pinkgold on beautifully crafted brown croc with folding clasp. It´s a winner!

Why oh why did AP decide to discontinue this well-fitting size, when already offering 42 and 44-mm Offshores? Why not offer both 39 and 41-mm Royal Oaks as well? I know the 39-mm ref. 15202 with the world's slimmest center rotor movement is still very much in the collection, but the ref. 15300 also deserves a steady stable position. In my very humble opinion of course!
